This review is for both Mike Love and Stephen Berkshire. Both of them are absolutely outstanding agents! I needed to sell an inherited estate that had become fixer-upper over time. Mike started off by touring the property, and helping me a develop a plan of action. He was communicative, insightful, and fair. Steve eventually took over and helped me with the final sale of the house. I was admittedly nervous about selling a fixer-upper property, but he made the entire process so incredibly easy. He answered all of my questions, helped to ease concerns, and walked me through every step of the sale. Once the house went on the market, he dove right in setting up multiple showings per day, as well as an all day open house. In the end, the house ended up selling for quite a bit more than the original asking price. I couldn't have been more thrilled! Stephen and Mike are both a pleasure to work with and they truly care about their clients. They will do everything in their power to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your sale. If you are searching for a good, knowledgeable realtor who actually cares about whether or not you get the best deal, look no further. I just bought my first house working with Mike, (Love ya Mike!). Having started my housing process with another realtor and switching to him, was the best thing I could have done.
